I had a great experience with Plumbs Up for a drain issue. Ben was fantastic - very professional and clearly explained everything. I appreciated being able to actually see what was going on and made the whole process feel transparent and reassuring. The service was efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

We had used Plumbs up before around 8 years ago. They provided amazing service at that time and after an incident with our sump pump we.had called again. They still uphold excellent service. Ben showed up! Truly a respectful and great employee. His customer service, respect and knowledge gave me comfort knowing the job would get done. He was professional, friendly and because he was able to complete the job so quickly, he did not charge me for the visit. Called Lynsey from Plumbs Up at approx 0900 on Saturday January 24, 2026 due to a plumbing emergency. All things considered, I was very doubtful of having anyone available on such short notice. Lynsey was very helpful & professional and put a plan into place. I received a follow up SMS message shortly thereafter that a tech would arrive between 1100 and 1300 the same day.
Shortly after 1100, a young man, "Ben", arrived and quickly made some assessments and prepared a plan to correct. Our concern was that our septic pipes had frozen as a severe cold snap was hanging over southern Ontario.
Ben had all the gear needed to address the issue which thankfully wasn't temperature related and within a short span of time had corrected the issue...emergency over.
The real reason for this review wasn't just the superior service provided by the Plumbs Up team in general...more-so meeting Ben and listening to his personal journey. Customer service seems to be an ever-decreasing concept in general but we were so impressed with Ben, not just for obvious skills he possesses, but for just being a great human...something we all can use more of. We exchanged thoughts on many topics and it became clear that this young man had focused on making something of himself to be very proud of, and he should be. Lynsey, do not let Ben get away!

In august 2025 i had 4 issues in my house that needed fixed. I called Plumps Up and they were able to send a technician over the next day. Tyler Hall was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed all 4 issues at a fair price and at an amazing pace. 10/10 Tyler, Amazing Job. In January 2026 an un expected issue came up so I immediately called Plumps Up (due to my incredible experience from the past) and were able to send a technician over the same day i called. Beniam was exceptional. He fixed the issue in record time and at a fair price and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & empathetic to my situation. 10/10 Beniam, Amazing Job.

On Oct. 30th, we had Tyler come to our condo to discuss getting a new toilet, new shower head, valve and shower handle, cleaning out the drain and a new tap for the kitchen sink.
Such a most friendly and personable gentleman. He presented us with 4 different options and explained them in detail. There was no pressure as to our choice.
Two days later on Oct. 2nd, Tyler and Ben showed up on time and installed a new Toto toilet, a new shower head, a new shower valve and handle and a new kitchen sink faucet as well as using an auger to clean out the shower drain. Both Tyler and Ben were knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction, as well as cleaning everything up and showing respect for our home, in a little less than 3 hours. They brought the toilet and all the new plumbing items with them and took away the old toilet as well.
Both my wife and I were so pleased with their work and the manner in which they explained everything.
We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will call upon them if we have any plumbing work in the future.
