Thumbs up to Plumbs Up! Yesterday I had new toilets installed but the soft close lids were missing. The technician brought in replacements which were not suitable. I contacted Plumbs Up regarding the problem and the issue has now been resolved (within 24 hours). The office staff and the technicians are excellent and take pride in their work. I wholeheartedly recommend Plumbs Up for their professionalism, promptness and attention to detail, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Ben and Ty were fabulous! They were professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They were super clean and detailed oriented while working away in the bathrooms and kitchen area. They explained what they were doing and double checked all their work before leaving. I highly recommend Plumbs Up and will continue to use them for any future work. Great job guys!

On Oct. 30th, we had Tyler come to our condo to discuss getting a new toilet, new shower head, valve and shower handle, cleaning out the drain and a new tap for the kitchen sink.
Such a most friendly and personable gentleman. He presented us with 4 different options and explained them in detail. There was no pressure as to our choice.
Two days later on Oct. 2nd, Tyler and Ben showed up on time and installed a new Toto toilet, a new shower head, a new shower valve and handle and a new kitchen sink faucet as well as using an auger to clean out the shower drain. Both Tyler and Ben were knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction, as well as cleaning everything up and showing respect for our home, in a little less than 3 hours. They brought the toilet and all the new plumbing items with them and took away the old toilet as well.
Both my wife and I were so pleased with their work and the manner in which they explained everything.
We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will call upon them if we have any plumbing work in the future.
